Happy Kids Learning is a learning app intended for young children, used with adult supervision.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Happy Kids Learning ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. The App is distributed through Google Play under its Terms of Service.
Intended use
The App provides simple learning activities — letters, numbers, drawing, poems, and animals — for young children, and is intended to be used with adult supervision.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonolota shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including not attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The App and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by Bonolota and are protected by applicable laws.
Google Play
The App is distributed through Google Play. These Terms are between you and Bonolota, not with Google.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms; upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
